Consumer information under Art. 325 of the Insurance Code

This information is provided to users of insurance services in accordance with Art. 325 of the Insurance Code.
01 Information under Art. 325 of the Insurance Code
1. Insurance broker “SONERS GRUP” EOOD is entered in the Commercial Register under UIC 147246077, with registered seat and management address: Republic of Bulgaria, city of Burgas, Lazur district, bl. 65 (ground floor), tel. 056 / 533 522, decision for entry as an insurance broker by the Financial Supervision Commission No. 812-ЗБ of 14.12.2010, and certificate of registration No. 678-ЗБ / 05.05.2020. You can verify this at the Financial Supervision Commission, Sofia 1000, 16 Budapeshta St., or on its website www.fsc.bg.
2. “SONERS GRUP” EOOD does not hold, directly or through related parties, more than 10 per cent of the votes in the general meeting or of the capital of an insurer, nor does an insurer or a parent undertaking of an insurer hold more than 10 per cent of the votes in the general meeting or of the shares of the capital of “SONERS GRUP” EOOD.
3. Should you have complaints about the service provided by “SONERS GRUP” EOOD, please submit your complaints to Yakub Solakov at the address and by email at solakov@soners.bg. “SONERS GRUP” EOOD undertakes that you will receive a response to your complaint within 10 (ten) days of its receipt, at an address specified by you.
4. Every user of insurance services may submit complaints against any act or omission of the insurance broker to the Financial Supervision Commission, which is responsible for the supervision of insurance activity, at the following address: Sofia 1000, 16 Budapeshta St., as well as to other state authorities. All forms of out-of-court dispute resolution in the Republic of Bulgaria are also available to users of insurance services.
5. The insurance broker represents the user of insurance services before the insurance companies.
6. “SONERS GRUP” EOOD may provide advice (if requested by the user of insurance services) on concluding an insurance contract based on a fair and personal analysis of a sufficiently large number of insurances, on the basis of which it makes a professional recommendation regarding the insurance that will be most suitable for the needs of the consumer of the insurance service.
7. The insurance broker’s remuneration in connection with the insurance contract is a commission included in the insurance premium and is payable by the insurer.
8. The applicable law is Bulgarian law.
